I used to think that love had to be earned. I strived for approval — from friends, from people in ministry, even from God. I came to Him with shame, feeling like He tolerated me more than He delighted in me. I honestly didn’t even like myself. I depended on others to affirm that I was worth something, and I didn’t know how to show up as the authentic, whole me.
About five years ago, everything began to change. God began revealing His love to me — not through head knowledge or theology, but through encounters that touched the deepest places of my heart. He showed me that His love wasn’t something I had to earn, and that He actually enjoyed being with me.
As I let Him into the hidden parts of my heart I started to understand that so many of my emotions were really invitations to experience His unconditional love.
Through that process, I found radical transformation — the kind that begins internally and ripples outward. My relationships began to heal. I learned how to communicate and connect without control. I started to experience depth and authenticity in friendships that I had longed for my entire life. Even in my marriage, I’ve seen God create closeness and understanding I didn’t think was possible.
I’ve also walked through deep healing in my family relationships — forgiving, releasing expectations, and seeing my parents not as perfect stand-ins for God, but as beautiful, imperfect humans I could love and honor freely.
All of this transformation led to a fire in me: I had to help others experience the same kind of freedom. Because when you’ve been radically loved and healed, you can’t help but want to give it away. Free people, free people!
As a former pastoral leader, I bring a deep layer of care to my coaching — showing compassion, listening well, and stewarding people’s hearts with sensitivity and respect. Building on that foundation, I became a certified Emotional Health Coach, trained and experienced in guiding others from a place of heart transformation, not striving.
Now, I help Christians move beyond just knowing what Jesus did for them — to actually living it out in their daily lives. Because it’s one thing to believe God loves you in your head, and another thing entirely to feel it in your heart.
As your coach, my role isn’t to play “God” in your story. It’s to come alongside you — to ask questions, hold space, and help you discern what He’s already speaking to you. Together, we’ll explore how to navigate emotions in a way that leads you closer to God, not further away.
This is a place where your pain meets the outrageous love and presence of God — and where real transformation begins.
It’s an honor to walk with you.
